Highly respected advertising executive Vic Matteucci has joined the Coal Leader team in the position of Advertising Sales Manager. Most recently, Matteucci was Regional Marketing Manager for Coal Age and Engineering & Mining Journal. In this new position, Matteucci adopts the responsibility of all advertising for Coal Leader.

During the past 18 months, Coal Leader circulation has been increased from 11,800 to 16,000 and Coal’s National Newspaper, as well as increasing its readership, has established substantial respect for reporting on the coal industry.
Matteucci said, from his home in Mentor, Ohio, “I am delighted to be joining Coal Leader, Coal’s National Newspaper, at this critical time for the coal industry when there is greater focus on the nation’s energy independence. I am looking forward to continuing to serve my clients in the industry across the United States and in Canada, and in helping their business grow.”
Barbara Altizer added: “Vic Matteucci brings with him a high degree of professionalism to his important role as Advertising Sales Manager of Coal Leader and this reflects our wish that the service to our advertisers will be the best in the business.”
